Your little one's hand print is carefully carved into solid oak and finished with further personalisation of your child's name and date, all within a beautifully curved frame. This ‘Postcard’ gift contains one raised hand or footprint and has been designed to be hung on a wall or freestanding on a mantelpiece, table or shelf.  

The Keepsake Creators, The Handprint Carving co, combine traditional woodworking and the latest technologies to create a perfectly rendered, exquisitely detailed print of your baby’s hand or foot that is raised out of the solid wood.

There are four fonts for the personalised engraving which is along the bottom edge of the frame. The age/date inscription is engraved at 90 degrees.

How does it work?

Once you've placed your order, you'll be sent an elegant gift bag with some super-soft clay and simple instructions on how to take the perfect impression of your baby's hand and foot. The Creators’ special compound of clay allows you try as many times as you like. Simply pop the clay in the oven for 15 minutes to set and send it to the Creators in the pre-paid envelope provided.  The latest image capture technologies and traditional craftsmanship are then combined to create the perfectly detailed print that is then carved in 'relief' into the solid oak.  The finished keepsake will be sent to you in a presentation box.
